Any Oil Company shall be duly qualified by Perupetro S.A. before starting the negotiation of a Contract, that in order to determine if it is suitable to develop Hydrocarbon Exploration and/or Exploitation activities in the country under the arrangements for: License Contracts, Service Contracts, Technical Evaluation Agreements and other types of contracts authorized by the Ministry of Energy and Mines, which are approved pursuant to Article 10° of the TUO of the Organic Law of Hydrocarbons, Law Nº 26221.
The granting of the Qualification DOES NOT CREATE any right on the Contract area.
