Note Nº 01:

PERUPETRO S.A. informs to all the Oil Companies and investors that all the information of the Databank is available for them.

For purposes of the Bidding Round Peru - 2010, the paragraph 6.3 of the Terms of the Bidding Round Peru - 2010, states that the participants Oil Companies (OC), can display additional technical information in the digital Data Room provided by the Data Bank of PERUPETRO S.A. Likewise, according to the Management Policy for Technical Information of Exploration Production, the OC may request the technical information by letter addressed to the General Management of PERUPETRO.

Note Nº 03:

"By Board Agreement N° 123-2010, September 20th, 2010, was added the paragraph 8.8 to Clause Eighth of the Contract Model -Appendix B of the Terms- with the following text:

WHEN THE FINAL DESTINATION OF THE NATURAL GAS IS THE EXPORT, THE VALUE OF ROYALTY, EXPRESSED IN DOLLARS PER MILLION OF BTU WILL BE ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO THE SUPREME DECREE No. 039-2010-EM "

Note Nº 04:

"By Board Agreement No. 127-2010 was approved the amendment of the Schedule for the Bidding Round No. PERUPETRO-001-2010 (Appendix D). The new Schedule can be viewed at the top of this page”.

Note Nº 05:

DEFINITION OF THE CALCULATION OF THE “R” FACTOR

The definition of the calculation of the “R” Factor is found in the Rules of Royalties and Compensation, approved by Supreme Decree Nº 049-93-EM, which will be included in its entirety, in the License Contract at the time of initialization.

Note Nº 06:

CLARIFICATION ON VALIDITY OF TECHNICAL OFFER

In paragraph 6.8.1, the Terms of the Bidding Round 2010 mention: "The offer of 2D seismic lines registration, additional to the MWP, to be valid must be greater than 100 km and up to 500 km."

Also, it is added: "The offer of exploratory wells drilling, additional to the MWP, to be valid must be up to 2 wells."

In terms of validity of tenders indicated above, it is stated that if the total offer of 2D Seismic Registration or Exploratory Wells Drilling (Table of the Format Nº 6) is outside the established range, then it will be considered with a value equal to ZERO.
