The Promotion and Contracting Policy of PERUPETRO S.A. establishes the criteria and general rules applicable to the achievement of the following objectives:

• Promotion of investment and research in hydrocarbon exploration and/or exploitation activities.
• Contracting processes for the execution of Hydrocarbon Exploration and Exploitation or Hydrocarbon Exploitation Contracts and Agreements, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 (b) and Article 8 of the TUO of the Organic Hydrocarbons Law, Law No. 26221.
