Qualification of Oil Companies

Any Oil Company shall be duly qualified by PERUPETRO S.A. before starting the negotiation of a Contract, this with the purpose to determine if it is able to develop Hydrocarbon Exploration and/or Exploitation activities, in the country under the following modalities:  License Contracts, Services Contracts, Technical Evaluation Agreements and other contracting modalities authorized by the Ministry of Energy and Mines,  that be approved in application of the Article 10° of the SRT of the Organic Hydrocarbon Law, Law N° 26221.

The granting of Qualification DOES NOT GENERATE any right on the Contract área.
